MWCN Job Fairs & Networking Events Recap
The Montérégie-Ouest Community Network (MWCN) recently hosted two job fairs with mentorship and networking events in January 2026. These events successfully connected local job seekers with employers and employability partners across the region, offering on-the-spot interviews, career guidance, and community networking.
The first fair, held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Hôtel MOCO in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, and the second on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the St-Rémi Community Center, were both very well received. Each fair ran from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, followed by a 5 à 7 mentorship and networking session.
Both events were a great success, providing participants with valuable opportunities to explore new career paths, find local employment, and expand their professional networks.
