fostering youth mental wellness

MWCN's successful youth mental health initiatives are due primarily to the collaboration with the New Frontiers School Board, Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi as well as local mental health professionals. The innovative programs include Pet Therapy, Greenhouse Cafe Mindfulness Room, hygiene and self-care. Professional Pods along with the Plant, Grow & Heal Project, have thrived. Tea for the Soul, a self-care group for single parents, has been strengthened through partnerships, contributing to a comprehensive support system for the youth. MWCN and its partners continuously advocate for youth mental wellness, fostering positive change within the English-speaking community.
