Dania James joined the team at MWCN in May 2026. She is a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional with a background in patient care, client service and community support. With experience working closely with residents and families in long term care, she has developed strong interpersonal, communication and advocacy skills along with a deep understanding of the importance of empathy and dignity in healthcare.

Passionate about helping others navigate challenging situations, Dania is committed to supporting individuals in accessing the services, resources and guidance they need. Her approachable nature, problem solving mindset and genuine desire to make a positive difference allow her to build meaningful connections within the community.

As a Patient Navigator, Dania looks forward to supporting English-speaking residents across the region by helping improve access to healthcare and social services while fostering trust, understanding and support.
