Joanne Basilieres

Joanne Basilières is the Employability Programs Manager at MWCN, where she oversees the Employability Assistance Services program and linguistic initiatives, including the French Immersion and Mentorship programs, in collaboration with community partners. With a professional background spanning the corporate and entrepreneurship sectors, she brings a practical, client-focused approach to supporting job seekers and strengthening partnerships.

During her time at MWCN, she has been dedicated to developing innovative employability initiatives, such as regional job fairs, and expanding partnership collaborations to create greater opportunities for the English-speaking community across the Montérégie West region.
