Matt Mardini

Matt joined the Montérégie West Community Network (MWCN) in August 2021 as Programme Manager. In this role, he worked closely with the Executive Director on all aspects of the organisation, leading the development, implementation, and management of programmes that support the English-speaking community across Montérégie West.

In July 2026, Matt was appointed Director of Operations. In this leadership role, he oversees the organisation's day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and community programmes that improve access to services for English-speaking residents throughout the region. He leads cross-functional teams, manages organisational growth, and ensures the successful delivery of projects in collaboration with government agencies, community organisations, and regional stakeholders.

His responsibilities include operational planning, programme development, human resources, financial oversight, grant management, communications, and organisational partnerships. Matt is committed to strengthening community impact by improving organisational efficiency, expanding services, fostering strategic collaborations, and developing innovative initiatives that address the evolving needs of the communities MWCN serves.
